Description:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire the best talent for the organization. This role involves identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Sourcing and Screening
  • Post job advertisements and source candidates through online platforms, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist with technical or panel interviews as needed.
  • Provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams after interviews.
  • Candidate Management
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates.
  • Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Promote the organizations employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information and hiring metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
