Description:
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the non-profit industry, located in Sacramento, California, 95827, United States. This role involves a high volume of recruiting activities for various positions such as caregivers, counselors, and case workers, and requires skills in CRM and Applicant Track System usage.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for caregivers, counselors, and case workers
- Utilize Careerbuilder, CRM, and Applicant Track System to source and track potential candidates
- Conduct background checks in compliance with industry standards
- Manage recruiting activities and ensure the recruitment process aligns with industry best practices
- Communicate effectively with potential candidates and internal teams
- Ensure benefit functions are clearly communicated and understood by potential hires
- Oversee a high volume of recruiting activities and manage the initial ramp up period effectively
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting personnel
- Resolve any inquiries related to the recruitment process in a timely and professional manner
- Continually strive for improvement in the recruiting process and practices.
- Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System for managing recruitment process
- Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure the hiring of trustworthy individuals
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions and ability to explain them to potential employees
- Excellent Communication skills for interactions with potential candidates and team members
- Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Proven expertise in Recruiting Activities including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Demonstrated ability to manage Recruiting Personnel and coordinate their efforts
- Prior experience in the Non-Profit industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Must adhere to all local, state, and federal employment laws
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
