Job Description
Temporary HR & Recruiting Support Representative
This is a part-time temporary/contract position expected to run approximately 3-6 months. The job can work fully remote, preferably within the MA or NH area, or onsite in Hudson, NH or North Billerica, MA.
The HR & Recruiting Support Representative will work with the Talent Acquisition team (TA) and partner on a variety of TA & HR related activities.
Job Duties:
- Schedule candidate interviews and create Visitor Requests for onsite interviews.
- Work with HR & Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other talent acquisition metrics to ensure candidate/new hire records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked.
- Onboard new hires, launch and review new hire background checks, update/complete candidate spreadsheets, send new hire cleared emails, and track/complete TA metrics.
- Monitor/Respond to TA Operations inquiries to the TA email mailbox in a timely manner.
- Requisition creation in Workday of all new requisitions company wide.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Preferred Skills/experience:
- Workday HRIS experience, strongly preferred.
- Working with colleagues in different time zones worldwide.
- HR/Recruiting Support, 0-2 years of related experience.
Required Skills/experience:
- Microsoft Office Suite experience. Including, but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Team oriented.
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy, highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Quiet home office environment suitable for phone and video calls.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
