Position: HR Recruitment Intern – Immediate Start
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Duration: 6 months to 1-year

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French and/or German will be considered assets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting employment contracts, addendums, and internship agreements.
  • Updating follow-up tracker and database daily.
  • Generating regular reports.
  • Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events for graduates and interns.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate closely with HR team members, internal clients, and applicants throughout these tasks.
  • Participate in various internal HR/recruitment projects.
