Position: HR Recruitment Intern – Immediate Start
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Duration: 6 months to 1-year
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French and/or German will be considered assets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting employment contracts, addendums, and internship agreements.
- Updating follow-up tracker and database daily.
- Generating regular reports.
- Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events for graduates and interns.
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members, internal clients, and applicants throughout these tasks.
- Participate in various internal HR/recruitment projects.
