Description:
Studio B is seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team full-time in London!
ABOUT US:
Studio B is a fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers. We produce exciting new content every week. We’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager with experience in the production, film, or TV industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting company growth, preferably in a creative or media-related setting.
This is a full-time, office based role with no hybrid options.
RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION
- Act as the primary recruiter for Studio B, managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Identify hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Source, interview, and select top talent, ensuring cultural fit and skill alignment.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, industry contacts, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs and growth projections.
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for smooth transitions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a creative or media production environment (preferred).
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong network in the creative industry.
- Ability to manage multiple HR programs, from employee wellbeing to professional development.
- Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of employment law and insurance policies.
- Passion for sustainability and implementing eco-friendly practices.
