HR Recruitment Specialist

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives to attract high-quality candidates.
2. Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and match with job requirements.
3. Conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed selection decisions.
   4.Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and documentation.
6. Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to improve recruitment processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
• With atleast 1 year of experience in end to end Recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly resourceful.
• Passionate and driven.
