Description:
Budbee is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a part time hr, recruitment and office support. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of human resources tasks, recruitment activities, and office management responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our HR department, helping to manage the recruitment process, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Actively source candidates, maintain the recruitment database, tracking the progress of candidates through the hiring process.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientations, and setting up employee records.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and benefits administration.
- Help manage employee communications, including distributing memos, announcements, and HR-related updates.
- Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave requests, and performance reviews.
Office Management:
- Oversee the general office environment, ensuring it is well-organised and efficiently run.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and other services.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and employee activities.
