Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR, with 5+ years in HR/Financial Controlling or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, financial analysis, and HR IT systems (e.g., SAP HR, SAP FC, SuccessFactors).
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
  • Analytical, proactive, and a collaborative team player in a multicultural environment.

Are you ready to drive impactful HR reporting and shape our compensation strategies? RTL Group is looking for an experienced HR Reporting Manager with expertise in ESG/CSRD reporting to join our team. As part of our RTL HR Team, you will:

  • HR Reporting: Oversee and lead Group-wide quarterly and annual reporting initiatives, including headcount, compensation, demographics, and CSRD metrics, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • CSRD Reporting: Manage the social component of CSRD reporting as a joint task within the HR department, ensuring compliance with annual non-financial disclosures and successful completion of external audits.
  • HR Controlling: Provide strategic guidance to Business Units on long-term incentive accruals, take ownership of personnel cost reviews, and spearhead cross-functional HR/Finance projects to align with overarching organizational goals and financial strategies.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with Finance to define performance targets, manage performance evaluations, and oversee the calculation and approval of bonus payouts, ensuring efficient processes and alignment with business objectives.
  • Compensation Strategy: Lead the administration and development of executive compensation schemes, conduct in-depth benchmarking analyses, and drive top executive salary reviews to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
  • HR Governance: Prepare comprehensive documentation for Executive Committee meetings, contribute strategically to the annual Remuneration Report, and provide expert support on compensation-related matters during M&A transactions
