JOB SUMMARY

Act as primary contact as HR responsible in the country. Be a strategic partner for the business providing guidance on HR processes, local labor legislation and administrative support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources such as recruitment, personnel records, compensation and benefits, training, and/or equal opportunity and affirmative action.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic partner for the local business, provide consultation and guide as an HR expert, supporting the business and their needs.
  • Be a single point of HR contact for local manager, employees and vendors (payroll, brokers)
  • Maintains data in the company Human Capital Management system, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork.
  • Processes employee information changes in the HCM.
  • Audits employee documents, files, and system database related information to ensure accurate and complete employee records are maintained.
  • Monitors the HR Help Line and responds to employee questions and inquiries about various HR related programs, company policies, and employee benefit programs.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners to reply to all employee inquiries and requests.
  • May conduct pre-employment background checks and administer drug screenings.
  • Assists HR team with various department related research and special projects.
  • Assists with regulatory audits as required.
  • Assists with processing of new hires (joiners) and employee separations (leavers).
  • Makes copies, faxes, emails documents, files and performs other clerical functions as required.
  • Collaborates with other departments including payroll and purchasing on administrative related matters to ensure accurate and timely completion of pre-defined processes.
