Job Description
- Ensure and increase customer satisfaction levels as the first level of contact.
- Support associates who do not have system access managing their requests related to HR administration topics while respecting service level agreements, statutory laws and operational policy.
- Support the front office managing associates’ requests via email or telephone.
- Forward complex questions to the HR Service team responsible for the topic.
- Record required information on the Shared Service Framework and process system entries in SAP-HR on time.
- Handle and sort official documents from employees (e.g. printing and sending documents/certificates, collecting hard copies, getting signatures, sorting and ordering documents, scanning, posting, archiving documents physically).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ongoing higher studies on a full-time basis
- Communication level English language skills
- Experience in HR is an advantage
- MS Office user level knowledge
- Conscientiousness and precise personality
- Work at least 4 days a week for at least 6 months
