The Global Resourcing team is operating in multiple locations around the globe and provides resourcing coordination support to Talent Engagement Teams of Diageo, across 5 Continents. To build outstanding partnership with Talent Managers and provide first class service to candidates The person in this role will be dedicated to lead end to end Interview scheduling activities.
- Work closely with Candidates, Line Managers and Talent Managers on recruiting queries
- Builds great partnership with Talent Managers
- Handles end to end interview scheduling, rescheduling, organizes assessment centers
- Produces ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment
- Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, coaching employees and managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about Compliance requirements
What you will bring
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Spanish or Portuguese required
- 0-1 year proven experience
- Good communication and logical skills
- Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (Workday, Service Now or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued)
