Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated and effective HR Advisory service to retail team, including understanding and applying people tools, policies and addressing employee-relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, internal and corporate procedures and regulations.
- Be an active member of the HR Team, contributing to the creation of a high-end employee experience within POS team, through timely HR communications, organization of employees´ events, implementing information sessions, processes and policies.
- Participate in HR projects and key initiatives.
- Coordinate HR processes including Talent Acquisition for the Point of Sales, Onboarding, Employee experience and Development review.
- Collaborate closely with the retail leaders on critical stages of the employee life cycle, such as interviews, onboarding, end of probation and offboarding.
- Analysis and report of main HR KPI´s to improve areas detected.
