HR Reward Administrator
The People/HR team at Isio is an exciting place to work, supporting Isio with its dynamic growth and maintaining and developing its approach to create better outcomes for our clients. our people and society. This role is a great opportunity for anyone with effective administrative skills to develop specialist knowledge in a critical part of how our people are supported.
The HR Reward Administrator will focus on assisting the Reward Manager across a range of reward initiatives, including pay and benefits benchmarking, modelling and analytics. The opportunity to progress professionally will be available including support with achieving qualifications with the CIPD through an Apprenticeship.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop good understanding of Isio’s benefits package, and act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits queries, i.e. monitoring and responding to queries to internal queries on these topics
Provider reporting and verifying monthly supplier invoices
Regulatory reporting such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting
Conduct analysis to support various reward workstreams, such as benchmarking, comp survey submission, salary range design
Involvement in the annual pay review
Manage and understand Isio’s pension scheme and associated administration.
Understand, operate and maintain Isio’s benefit platform including associate reporting.
Experience and Competencies Required:
Administrative or HR experience is desirable.
Strong experience with excel and data analysis
Good level of attention to detail
Able to operate with a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Enthusiasm to learn about HR systems and processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
