Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, with strong familiarity with contracts, payroll, and employment law in Singapore.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within Singapore.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.Knowledge of performance management systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Documentation & Contracts: Draft, review, and manage various HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, probation extensions, and termination letters.Ensure all HR documentation complies with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory contributions, and timely disbursements.Stay updated on payroll-related regulations and practices in Singapore.
  • Employment Law Compliance: Provide advice and ensure adherence to Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.Assist in handling and resolving disciplinary cases in line with legal and organizational guidelines.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.Assist managers in setting performance objectives and tracking progress.
  • General HR Support: Provide guidance on employee-related matters, ensuring clear communication and resolution.Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR database.
