• As the first Manager to join our HR client service team, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow and shape your team and service offering
• You will guarantee client service standards are maintained by ensuring your team are adhering to all mandatory processes and providing quality control reviews
• You will develop junior members of the team with training, consistent feedback and coaching as appropriate
• You will support the Director in defining and improving processes, technology and training by providing feedback and ideas based on experience
• You will grow the client base by confidently discussing the service with current clients and join proposal meetings for new clients
