Description:
OBJECTIVES
- Responsible for deployment of Human Resources policies, procedures and systems, organizational review and workforce strategy, employee development and talent management, communication, safe culture and KPIs with the objective of ensuring a competent and safe workforce for smooth business operations within department guidelines and corporate policies.Managing 4 direct reports who are responsible for the full spectrum of HR offering and excellent support to PR1 site and Asia offices.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree with minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentSensitive and experienced in European MNC matrix reporting and organizational structure
TECHNICAL / JOB KNOWLEDGE :
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Knowledge and experience in HR application software such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.
- Understanding of Employment Act and related labour lawsUnderstanding of employment regulations in Asia countries (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China)
PERSONAL CAPABILITIES :
- People-oriented and comfortable and controlled in working around ambiguity
- Ability to manage priorities, anticipate and be proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to propose continuous improvement plan on HR process and practices
- Adaptable to challenging and changing HR environment
- Meticulous and excellent interpersonal skill
