Description:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Professional level experience in HR systems, processes, and MS Office suite.
  • English and Dutch, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • The preferred candidate will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with a focus on meeting requirements and constantly looking to improve.
  • Critical thinking and not afraid to ask questions.
  • The ability to maintain a good overview of the various processes and the potential consequences of changes.
  • The ability to switch quickly between tasks and able to set priorities effectively.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

  • HR Service Advisor for the HR Support Centre
  • €3.500 - €5.000 gross per month (depending on experience)
  • Working at Schiedam, The Netherlands
    Are you a people person looking for your next challenge? At the HR Support Centre, we provide HR support for our colleagues, employees and managers. We are looking for an advisor to join our team and accelerate the processes and workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • You are the first point of contact for first- and second-line HR advice regarding regulations, policies, employment conditions, leave and HR processes, such as the performance cycle.
  • You are responsible for clear communication and ensuring appropriate standards are uipheld in HR processes.
  • You guide our colleagues and managers in using our systems and ensure that changes are implemented correctly.
  • You oversee the processing and monitoring of organisational and personnel changes, while providing support through the process.
  • You work closely with HR Advisors, Recruiters, and payroll colleauges to deliver excellent service to our employees and managers.
  • You actively contribute to improving and making the efficiency of our HR processes and digitalization.
