Responsibilities:
- Case management for first level support for local HR related questions
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance (for example letter creation, work permits, visa request, headcount reports etc)
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Updating employee files in SharePoint
- Creating of Purchase Orders
