Job Summary:
You’re passionate about people, data, technology, and continuous improvement. As a ServiceNow Analyst in Human Resources, you will ensure that the design, configuration, maintenance, and reporting of ServiceNow is optimized for HR.
In this role, your primary focus will be on troubleshooting issues, improving the digital experience and maintaining the Employee System in ServiceNow. You will provide detailed case management insights to the HR teams while working to improve the self-serve digital experience for Ledcor employees within ServiceNow and manage our internal HR knowledge base system.

Essential Responsibilities:

Service Now / HUB Optimization Support (55%)

  • Responsible for developing guidelines and best practices for creating and maintaining the internal Knowledge Base content across the Service Now platform to ensure consistency and enhance the employee experience
  • Align and socialize guidelines & best practices with all functions using the knowledge base (HR, Finance, IS etc.)
  • Develop audit processes to regularly review and update Knowledge Base articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usefulness
  • Serve as the HR business lead for related projects which would include collaborating with IS and project management teams to define requirements
  • Optimization and a continued focus on enhancing the effectiveness of our HR Knowledge Base while identifying trends and areas for improvement and implementing standard templates and guidelines for Knowledge Base content to ensure consistency
  • Collaborate with the HR teams to ensure efficient operation, implement best practices and utilization of Service Now case management for HR

IS Liaison / Support for Service Now (15%)

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify new Service Now/HUB requirements and coordinate with the IS team to develop and implement enhancements
  • Lead HR support and testing for Service Now enhancements & releases related to HR functions as required
  • Coordinates and conducts testing to ensure features work correctly and meet HR requirements before implementation
  • Serves as HR’s liaison on Service Now enhancements with IS

Reporting and Analytics (25%)

  • Design, develop, and distribute Service Now reports and dashboards tailored to HR needs and requirements
  • Support HR teams in extracting and analyzing data from Service Now to fulfill specific data requests or analytical needs
  • Develop data driven research to demonstrate the effectiveness of published content
  • Continuously enhance and maintain how success metrics are measured and applied
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR analytics, process improvements, or technology implementations as needed

Requirements:

  • A college degree or diploma within a relevant field such as IT or HR is desirable but not essential for this position
  • 4+ years related professional experience in a role that relies heavily on data administration and analysis
  • Demonstrated application of usability principles to ensure an effective digital employee experience
  • Familiarity with case management systems (ServiceNow Preferred)
  • Understanding of cloud computing and HRIS systems (Workday Preferred)
  • Report writing and database management experience
  • Experience with structured project management, implementation, and testing methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations and relevant knowledge transfer
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines along with the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload and juggle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to use and modify tools and methods to support customer needs and have an understanding of business strategic issues
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
