Responsibilities:
As a member of the HR Services team, you will work flexibly as part of a team and be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality Human Resources service across the University. You will effectively coordinate and manage the full recruitment and selection process, as well as all employment lifecycle transactions, including the completion of all administration relating to these workflows and monitoring monthly reporting.
Core to our vision is an excellent staff and student experience. We are looking for a motivated individual who will work in collaboration with the Organisational Development team, wider HR teams and other stakeholders to support the delivery of Human Resources services to all faculties and professional services within the University.
You will have relevant experience of Human Resources and will also have significant experience of undertaking complex transactional administrative work in a busy office, including substantial experience of high-volume data entry in a HR/Payroll system. You will possess excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail. You will be able to work flexibly as part of the team that supports the delivery of an excellent and proactive service in line with operational deadlines and priorities. Above all else you will have the passion and enthusiasm for creating a great staff experience and positively supporting a culture of high performance, staff engagement, experience, and wellbeing.
