This position requires an action oriented professional, who will be primarily responsible for using their exceptional problem solving, customer service and data entry skills to support HR Services operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who possesses great attention to detail. This role requires administrative experience and exceptional customer service, while ensuring absolute data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. To be successful in this role, the individual in this position will also need to excel at working independently, proactive, structured and under time pressure, have analytical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR, or in a customer-facing role
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR, or in a customer-facing role
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • General knowledge of Dutch Labor Law
  • Good MS Office program skills (Copilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with/manage documents on a SharePoint are desirable.
  • Ability to work with and perform basic analysis on large amounts of data is required as well as the ability to create presentations and documents, and email/scheduling

Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR Shared Services transactions and assisted support for a service area in a region and respond to employee or manager inquiries, contributing to the day-to-day management of employee data, and understanding policies and procedures. Collaborate with partners (e.g. Line, Payroll, vendors, etc.), and peer Service lines to achieve results. Use of our CARE Experience Standards to independently address employee cases or transactions with Accuracy, Completeness, and Empathy.
  • Interface function between the local HR team and the EMEA HR Services Service Region
  • Close cooperation with the EMEA HR Services Service Region & Highly Scaled shared services
  • CRM Queue and cases management, based on HR Services KPIs/SLAs and Employee Support Experience Standards principles
  • Carrying out local administrative tasks in connection with all standard HR processes in the employee lifecycle
  • Coordination of signatures for Employment Contract & other official documents and collecting employee required documents
  • Regularizing employees’ employment and termination with relevant government offices. State/Statutory Authorities Inquiries support
  • Collaboration with OnePayroll team
  • Coordination of Onboarding administrative processes for new joiners and driving “New Employee Orientation” local corner sessions
  • Benefits coordination (enrollment and cancellation processes) and HR suppliers administration management
  • Support with immigration documentation and procedures
  • Personal Files Audit (physical/digital) and maintenance
  • HR Post mail handling
  • HR Services Desktop Procedure Documentation update: Ensure up-to-date documentation of processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content by reviewing documentation and adjusting. Aware of operational process changes and adhere to processes in go-forward execution
  • Contribute to the team ideation of new optimisation opportunities. Participate in readiness & assist in operationalising HR processes Implementation of new processes in cooperation with the Service Region and HR Ecosystem
  • Ensuring the flow of information to internal and external partners
  • Operational Support in various HR projects and Employee Events
