Responsibilities:
- Provide operational guidance and direction to the HR Services team.
- Establish and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders – including the wider HR team, Shared Service Centre and key contacts within the business.
- identify areas to proactively coach other HR teams and other stakeholders in HR Services processes and matters.
- Support the HR Services Manager with streamlining and automating processes within Workday.
- Lead on and provide support for projects within the HR Services team.
- Manage complex queries and escalations from the wider HR team and business.
- Manage a team of HR Coordinators providing guidance, motivation and development opportunities; hold regular performance conversations and bi-annual performance reviews.
- Engage in the recruitment of new team members
- Create an environment where team members are encouraged to share new ideas, learn from mistakes and are supportive of each other’s strengths and development needs.
- Resolve issues from HR Coordinators to deliver pragmatic outcomes, escalating as appropriate.
- Manage and support quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HR Services offering.
- Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements regarding HR transactional services
