WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, in economic or HR related fields

  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status

  • Communicate fluently and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • You have excellent organization skills with an eager to learn attitude
  • Attention to details and precision are essential skills to be successful in this role
  • You are motivated to independently carry out tasks, but you are team player as well
  • You are not afraid of challenges and aim to elevate your career to a new level in HR field

  • Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20hours/week, with a possibility of home office (after the job training period)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position is an excellent opportunity to try yourself in the HR field if you are precise, communicate well and are not afraid of administrative tasks. Apply for a position at our HR Services team to gain more insight into a complex multinational company’s HR operations and expand your professional knowledge.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:

  • Keeping employee files in order (both offline and online)
  • Administration (keeping and checking various lists)
  • Supporting newcomers’ administration (collating entry materials, monitoring the process)
  • Providing support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items
  • Answering to employee enquiries via our ticketing system
  • Data consolidation
  • Preparing reports
  • Assistance with ad hoc tasks (we have more than 800 employees, so there are many different questions where you can improve your problem solving skills)

Our principle is to provide real tasks even for interns; you won’t spend your working hours just making copies. The team will be there to assist you, offering the opportunity to learn from the best and gain professional experience.
We are looking for a dedicated student whose strength lies in communication, someone who doesn’t shy away from sudden situations and performs tasks with precision. Experience in recruitment and selection or HR-related studies is an advantage but not a requirement.
