Description:

  • Knowledge of HR systems and practices (Oracle, SAP, or Workday),
  • Good understanding of HR Shared Service environment and practices,

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an HR Services Representative, you will provide active support to the HR Services Manager and EMEA HR team. You will interact with local HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Admins across Europe & Africa and provide customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Act as a contact point for potential, current, and former employees, providing them with the help they need about the following processes: Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics. Provide daily,
  • Support automation and digitalization projects,
  • Prepare required HR Documentation (employment contracts, contract amendments, etc.),
  • Perform all regional HR tasks (admin support for all processes from hire to retire including document management, data management, and customer service),
  • Prepare HR reports – support ad hoc reporting & analytics tasks, support administration of HR Dashboards.
