Description:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Have Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role (preferred)
- Be a customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via Global HR Centre
- Have ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Have familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs
- Have working knowledge of service request management tools, MS Office, Workday, Neocase, SAP and other HR related tools
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
As a HR Service Center Specialist - NAM, you will work within the Global HR Shared Service Center team supporting North America and will be reporting to the HR Shared Center North America Leader. You will involves providing support to HR related request such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions including promotions, salary changes end of employments, one-time payments, verification of employment and employee inquiries
- Communicating and sharing processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue
- Providing customer service support
- Escalating complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of HR)
- Monitoring team queue in the case management tool and self-assign cases as appropriate and log each query in the case management tool, resolve query/request by referring to company policies and standard operating procedures
