Description:

Do you enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced service focused environment?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Wrexham, North Wales. This position is offered on a permanent basis and will report into the HR Operations Manager.
Working in collaboration with wider HR Shared Services team and internal stakeholders, you will be accountable for the coordination and Tier 1 delivery of HR Shared Service activities across UK&I and numerous international locations.
Integral to HR Shared Services’ transformation journey, you will operate with a continuous improvement mindset, challenging the status quo and providing proactive ideas and recommendations to further improve HRSS’ service offering to the HRSS Managers and HR Shared Services Head. Additionally, you will also provide advice and guidance on 1st Line queries, escalating more complex cases when necessary.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE:

  • Ensure requests are submitted in the correct manner, signposting customers as required whilst also considering the customer experience.
  • Actively coach and guide stakeholders with confidence in relation to HRSS ‘Tier 1’ topics.
  • Ensure own knowledge and understanding of activities and tasks within own job role, seeking training and clarity if needed.
  • Flag to HRSS Managers when awareness arises surrounding policy and legislation changes so that this can be actively managed, embedded and communicated as needed.
  • Support Payroll Operations Specialist with the generation of internal HRSS reports, specifically when linked to AskHR and HRSS KPIs.
