Purpose
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of offers and contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Serves as a key point of communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams, collaborating closely with the HR compliance team to uphold regulatory standards and deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain personnel files and internal HR system keeping information/data accurate.
YOU WILL HAVE:
Basic knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, such as GDPR and DBS requirements
1+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or a similar role with transferable skill set, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking, Word for documentation, and Outlook and MS teams for communication
Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively
A problem-solving approach, able to address and resolve issues or escalate them as appropriate
