Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Phone Agent will provide high-quality, comprehensive support to our employees via a phone system. This remote role will deliver exceptional customer service and reliable answers to employees and people managers. They will also execute on efficient processes resulting in more consistent data and insights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year experience in an HR support or call center required
- Reliable remote work environment including access to a secure wireless network and strong cellular service, not Wi-Fi calling
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of and the ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other human capital management software
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $20. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests. Engage to determine the scope of need, work to resolve issues, and direct to resources; escalate issues when necessary.
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned scope of work. Propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to employees and people leaders.
- Support enterprise HR transactional work. Work to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and some outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
- Maintain confidences and sensitive information.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
