Responsibilities:
- Execute payroll, mobility, and shared services processes for employees in the Gulf region.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate documentation for all employees in the Gulf region; prepare and submit payroll reports to finance.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Manage HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, employee changes, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
- Oversee the end-to-end immigration and relocation process, including visa and work permit applications and renewals.
