Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is responsible for generalist HR strategies and processes which enable smooth end to end HR operations, enhanced employee care and regulatory compliance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinating and ensuring a positive end to end experience for employee processes
  • Ownership for managing and improving Employee Care initiatives and the Australian Benefits program
  • Work with Outsourced provider (Accenture) on BAU HR Operations and process improvements
  • Stay current on HR related regulatory changes to keep P&C team informed and enact policy or process changes
  • Ensure policies, procedures and practices are up to date, designed and implemented consistently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Build relationships and partnerships across teams to enable critical HR best practice
  • Engage in business transformation, workforce design and other project work as required.
  • Ad hoc projects as required to support HR Strategy
