700Apps is currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for Preparing Human Resource functions. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Review and maintain employee personnel files and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor & social insurance laws.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, etc.).
Prepare HR letters and experience certificates upon request.
Responsible for Annual renewals of contracts.
Support the Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Analysts, with local compensation cycle tasks, ensuring benefits programs are maintained according to plans, development of policy documents
Track and follow up employee’s attendance, leaves, overtime and absences to issue salary reports.
Preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees any deductions or overtime.
