REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, social sciences, human resources, or economics.
- Fluent German and fluent English.
- Experience in HR administration.
- A love for documents, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills and an understanding of how to work with confidential information.
- Good communication skills.
- Process- and solution-oriented thinking.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Residence in Berlin and ability to support the team on site.
