Description:

This position is responsible for leading the implementation of a wide range of Compensation and Rewards leading edge initiatives within Ballina Beverages and Ireland, with the main objective of building and developing a positive work environment, while supporting the overall strategies and goals of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer activities of Annual Base Pay Review, Annual Incentive Plan, Flexible Benefits, and Healthcare.
  • Lead the administration of the Share Participation Scheme and KO Ireland Retirement Plan for all- Ireland sites.
  • Lead and/or provide support on implementation of Plant and Ireland initiatives & assignment applying your knowledge of fundamental HR in particular Compensation and Rewards concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Manage Pre-Payroll: Interface with Shared Service Payroll team to ensure compensation, benefits & related data are smoothly processed via payroll inputs. Responsible for providing Pre-Payroll input, including but not limited to new hires, leavers, health/life insurance inputs & salary changes.
  • Co-ordinate and ensure all compensation, benefits and payroll related activities are processed correctly and timely.
  • Accountable and responsible for researching, resolving and responding to enquires and escalations from our employees regarding their benefits.
  • Vendor management including managing budgets for consulting services and external consultants.
  • Support employees on a wide variety of employee issues leading to a successful resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest actions that can improve current total rewards processes, follow legislation changes, share insights, and take part in projects and activities related to Operational Excellence.
