We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
Perform human resources-related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in Training functions and employee recognition programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrate knowledge in Federal and State employment labor laws,
• Management of Office Package,
• Management of the Tress System,
• Knowledge of internal audit process,
• Presentation skills,
• Knowledge in Manufacturing environments and continuous improvement,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Excel spreadsheet and database programs
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with utmost integrity,
• Must be fluent with verbal and written skills.

• Partner with employees and management to coordinate personnel services such as food and transportation.
• Day-to-day contact employees with benefit-related questions and issues.
• Organize and participate in Human Resources programs to improve the internal cultural environment.
• Participate in a new-hire orientations program.
• Budget and HR KPI´s management.
• Additional duties as assigned
