Description:

Do you want to be a central part of our dynamic HR Operations team? Aalborg Portland Nordic & Baltic is looking for an engaged and skilled HR Specialist to strengthen our team. You will report to our HR Operations Team Lead and be responsible for a wide range of employee administrative tasks. Additionally, you will work on the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures, including GDPR. We strive to ensure quality and accuracy in everything we do.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Specialist with us, you will be responsible for a variety of employee administrative tasks, including:

  • Creation and Maintenance of Contracts: You will handle the preparation of new employee contracts, updates, and maintenance of existing agreements, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and legislation.
  • Preparation of Education Agreements and Addendum: You will manage education agreements, contract addendum, and bonus letters, ensuring all documents are correctly prepared and approved.
  • Handling Ad Hoc Tasks and Stakeholder Responses: You will take care of various ad hoc tasks and respond to questions from employees and other stakeholders, requiring flexibility and good communication.

Once the basic employee administrative tasks are efficiently completed, you will focus your attention on the following strategic areas:

  • Development and Updating of HR Policies and Guidelines: You will work on developing and updating HR policies and guidelines in accordance with applicable laws and internal needs, including changes in legislation, agreements, and local agreements.
  • Ensuring GDPR Compliance: You will ensure that all HR processes and procedures comply with GDPR by conducting regular reviews, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary actions to ensure data protection.
  • Handling and Developing the Global Mobility Process: You will be responsible for the entire Global Mobility process from start to finish, including coordinating employee transfers, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and supporting employees in their transition to new work locations in collaboration with our external partner.

This combination of tasks requires a versatile and detail-oriented approach, where you must be able to juggle between operational tasks and strategic development of HR policies. Your ability to work independently and efficiently will be key to success in this role.
