GIVEN THE NATURE OF THE ROLE WE FEEL IT’S IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A FAST PACES GLOBAL SETTING AS WELL AS A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR OWN ADDED VALUE.   • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business/Administration
  • +3 years previous experience in a similar role working in an international business environment
  • Able to build strong relationships and act as business partner
  • Excellent communication - and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates agility, flexibility and resilience
  • Well organised and efficient
  • Experience in Dutch Labour Legislation
