Description:
Job Purpose
To support the HR Department and collaborate with internal stakeholders in developing and analysing workforce related reports to determine KPI attainment and identification of trends.In addition, the role is responsible for coordinating, supporting and managing key HR reporting processes and programs whilst maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Key Result Areas
1.Develop, automate, standardise, schedule, and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights and communicate the monthly dashboards and all relevant diagnostic reporting for all functions within Human Resources department to determine KPI attainment and trends.
2.Collaborate and work with the manpower optimisation and HRBP team during the annual manpower budgeting period.
3.Ensure data governance through regular audits of the HR related data.
4.Update and maintain the position reports on a regular basis to assist the business and the HR team on current headcount numbers and projected headcount.
5.Support the HR department in analysing trends and interpreting data and reports to support the teams in driving:
right people initiatives to improve talent management and performance;
sourcing strategies and on time hiring practices;
engagement strategies to improve employee wellbeing and retention.
6.Translate the HR functional and business requirements into reporting deliverables and ensures that proper documentation is created for repeatability and quality thus helps to translate data and trends into stories using impactful visualisation and narrative.
7.Form hypotheses, investigate data, and answer questions; compile reports and proactively develop and manage next steps based on results.
8.Contribute to advanced modelling projects and predictive analytics, using knowledge of statistical methods to assist with creation and calibration of validated tools to report on HR trends.
9.Support the department with complex projects and analysis, including gathering requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
10. Manage stakeholders* awareness through upskilling, periodic updates and analysis to support proactive and real time decision making to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor*s degree in business administration/business analytics/Information Systems
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum 6 years* experience developing HR and people based analytics.
Experience gained within a large organisation and must have a good understanding of applying a range of statistical methods.
Experience of creating dashboards with Excel and Power BI (or other statistical applications) which included handling large amount of data for visualization & expertise in providing business intelligence.
SKILLS:
Proficient and advanced user of MS Excel
Proficiency with an Analytical platform - Oracle BI, Power BI, Python etc.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Possesses analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to seek and synthesise information from a variety of sources and draw solid conclusion based on in depth analysis
Ability to prioritize projects and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational level
