Aspire of WNY is seeking a full-time HR Specialist to manage data in our human resources information system (HRIS) and provide support to our Employee Relations Coordinator in a fast-paced, collaborative Human Resources Department.
This is an administrative position assisting with the day to day functions within the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include data entry (new hires, salary changes, transfers, etc), report writing, employment verifications and unemployment processing.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree
  • 2 years related work experience
  • Experience with UKG a plus
