QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in HR (payroll, contract management, supplier management, etc.);• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important tasks;• Work well in a changing environment;• High attention to detail;• Be service-oriented and passionate about working with people;• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and Portuguese;• Ability to work independently and in a team;• Positive and proactive attitude.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent;

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage payroll processes and be the single point of contact with our Payroll & Finance provider;• Prepare monthly reports to Finance;• Manage employee benefits programs including Health Insurance and Flex Benefits;• Conduct benefits enrollment and assist with employee benefits-related enquires;• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems;• Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes, as well as ensure the offboarding processes;• Support Performance Appraisal Processes and development programs, assist in coordinating training sessions;• Manage and Support Employee Engagement initiatives (both global and local, such as events, CSR initiatives);• Ensure HR processes comply with relevant labor laws and regulations and manage employment documentation such as employment contracts and NDAs;• Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise the organization on necessary adjustments;• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in employee engagement efforts.
