ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics or Law disciplines or Foreign Languages (English focused)
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in middle and large sites HR departments or labor consultancy firms
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
- Good in time and priority management
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- take care of the people lifecycle through all the work-related bureaucratic and administrative procedures for EU and non-EU employees and collaborators;
- implementing and maintaining the ERP management systems for Personnel data collection (SAP) and extracting data and managing the reports needed to complete HR tasks;
- supporting the IIT Staff (including Researchers, Employees, Guest Students, Affiliates, Internships, Work Experiences and School-Work Experience) in the management of HR processes and issues;
- managing administrative paperwork and obligations related to workers performing their activities in foreign countries (expatriates);
- collaborating with the colleagues of the Human Capital and Organization Directorate in order to complete and facilitate all the internal processes and performing other related duties as assigned
