Description:
We are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to support our Logistics operations in Portugal.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Payroll Experience with Primavera.
- Knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislation.
- Good listening skills, empathic and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As an HR specialist (m/f/d), you will support all employee’s life cycle activities, contribute to organizational development, and improve our people’s experience. You will execute all administrative and operational people tasks, supporting the HR Team in driving efficient and effective HR services, policies, and programs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete core admin and HR operational tasks.
- Responsible for payroll process and Comp. & Ben. initiatives.
- Complete all HR-related mandatory surveys from local authorities.
- Support local recruitment activities and participate actively in the Preboarding and Onboarding process of new employees.
- Ensure that all HR Information systems are updated and maintained.
- Ensure that employment contracts & HR documentation and employees are updated.
- Work in close cooperation with HR BP and People + Organization Development Team supporting learning + development activities.
- Support the HR Business Partner in performance management topics.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment practices, policies, and legislation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, promoting a better employee experience, and supporting the growth of high-performing teams, reinforcing our values and culture.
