Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have practical professional experience in the field of HR controlling and/or payroll accounting, ideally in the industrial sector and enjoy optimising, developing and digitalising processes in the field of HR controlling and payroll.
  • You have knowledge of social security, tax and labor law. Ideally, you also have a specialist qualification, e.g. as an HR specialist.
  • You work systematically, independently and on your own responsibility and are characterised by an innovative spirit, friendliness, trustworthiness and discretion.
  • You have experience in international recruiting.
  • You are business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level).
  • You are a strong communicator and able to deal with conflict, have a flair for people and an interest in aptitude diagnostics and are prepared to ‘ask questions’ in order to make the best decision.
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility are highly customer-orientated and have the ability to cultivate networks of contacts.
  • You enjoy working on internal and external projects beyond the boundaries of your immediate area of responsibility and actively contribute to the development of new corporate strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of high qualified talents, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Draft and review of employment contracts, agreements and other HR legal documents to ensure that they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Advice and support management and employees on all employment law issues including the harmonization of employment contracts and working conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer payroll and time recording for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Organization, coordination and performance of employee performance reviews.
  • Further optimization of HR monthly reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data privacy and security in accordance with regulations.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities.
