THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a related field or a similar qualification
- Experience with European labor laws and HR regulations is desirable.
- Proficiency in German & English
- Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g. Spanish, French) is an advantage.
- Very good MS-Office skills and ideally experience in Workday.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an HR Specialist (m/f/d) – temporary (6 months) – for our global HR Team.
In this role you will help harmonizing HR processes & procedures across our European locations. You will be the first point of contact with regards to operational HR topics for our associates and you will contribute to the transfer of knowledge to the HR Service Center.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Collect and analyze up-to-date information on HR regulations and
employment requirements in our European locations.
Assist the HR team in applying collected data to ensure our policies and
procedures comply with local laws in each European market.
- First point of contact for operational HR topics.
- Support the transfer of knowledge to our HR Service Center.
- Administrative support in global HR-related projects and initiatives.
