REQUIREMENTS
With this profile, you convince us – with a master’s degree, preferably with a focus on HR, as well as professional experience in the field of compensation, controlling or HR analytics in an international context or in a comparable consulting activity, you have the necessary expertise for this position. You also bring the following qualifications:
- Very good communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities:
Exciting tasks await you – You will be involved in the global implementation, monitoring and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors compensation module, including the initiation and management of process and system changes. You will be the contact person for the divisions regarding all technical and functional questions. The following tasks complete your area of responsibility:
- Ensure testing, including documentation of the system configuration and acceptance report
- Support the organizational communication and change management
- Coaching HR managers at domestic and foreign locations and providing best practices and documents for manager training courses
- Independently handle sub-projects related to compensation, e.g. remuneration analyses, further development and redesign of remuneration regulations, job evaluations, supporting the HR management of the divisions in benchmarking and remuneration determination
- Preparation of reports, statistics, reports and presentations for the divisions in the area of compensation
