Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organized colleague to support the administrative functions of our HR Department by performing various tasks related to employees’ data collection and management. This role will also require engaging with employees and strong people interaction skills. The HR Specialist position is a full-time on-site role based in Bucharest, Romania.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
