Description:
WHAT DOES A DAY AT THE COMPANY LOOK LIKE?
We are currently seeking an HR Specialist with a strong focus on Payroll and its processes. Your primary responsibility will be managing payroll operations and driving the development of efficient, scalable processes across our global payroll landscape. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR areas such as People Analytics, leveraging data to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. As a part of OX2´s dynamic HR team, comprising 11 members, you will collaborate with colleagues across different countries and technologies, contributing to their continued growth and success.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a driven individual with a few years of experience in HR within a dynamic, growing international company, where you have played an active role in developing and improving processes. Experience with payroll and familiarity with various HR systems are highly valued, as are excellent system skills. OX2 is currently working with SAP SuccessFactors. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:
- Work with and drive the development of all HR systems related to our people processes including payroll system landscape
- Payroll: Main responsible for our global system landscape and future development of processes and our way of working
- People Analytics: Leverage data across existing HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, but also business data to build cross-data analytics that bring insightful statistics and reports to the business and HR-team
In this role, you will report to the Compensation and Benefit Director, based in Stockholm.
