Job Description

We finalized a transition phase of Cubic integration into Rockwell Automation. Your role will be part of our HR Service Center where you will be the go-to person for administrative HR queries from all employees in Denmark and Sweden.
Location: Denmark Bronderslev (Skjoldborgsgade 16)
Reporting to: Lead, HR Service Center

You will focus on

  • Maintain employee data and documentation in compliance with local regulations, with accuracy for EMEA employees with focus on Denmark and Sweden
  • Administer HR processes (Hire, Termination, Leave/Absence, Benefits, Pay Change, Contract extensions) and keep the data updated in Workday and on government platforms (e-boks, virk.dk)
  • Verify payroll reports and control the correctness of payroll data and calculations
  • Address and resolve issues related to outsourced payroll services
  • Monitor allowance registration of holidays and sick leave for all staff to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Participate in new hires onboarding, benefit setup and any queries they may have
  • Issue related HR documentation and reports
  • Answer questions related to HR issues through Workday ticket system, e-mails
  • Support employees in navigating different systems (i.e. Workday) and HR processes
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation
  • Collaborate with EMEA HR and Payroll, and local HR departments
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and deals with escalations
  • Experience in international environment (with team members in other countries) preferred.

Qualifications

  • Previous HR and Payroll administrative experience (Min. 1 to 2 years)
  • 2 or more years of experience working with HR
  • Bachelor’s degree within HR, Business Admin. or similar
  • Language skills: Danish and English fluent verbal and writing.
  • Communicate in Swedish (communicate/navigate with public authorities/webpages, email/teams-dialogues, and daily employee engagement) - value added
  • Experience with Workday HRIS system considered an advantage
  • Good IT skills
