Responsibilities:
- Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
- Maintain personal files in line with legal requirements & accurately maintain employee master data in HR Systems
- HR project management (participating in HR knowledge transfer & process improvement projects)
- Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects
