Responsibilities:

As our new HR Student Assistant, you will be part of a department with HR professionals placed in Copenhagen and across Ramboll’s global positions. You will refer to our Head of HR Buildings & Transport (HRD sitting in Oslo, Norway), and we imagine that you will work approximately 10-15 hours a week, but it will vary depending on both your tasks with us and your academic responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting our HR team in ongoing projects (ie performance management, skills taxonomy, talent management, annual HR processes etc)
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks within the fields of HR
  • Assisting with hands-on tasks like planning and facilitating events and workshops
  • Collaborations with internal and external stakeholders on various events or projects
  • Exciting and challenging ad hoc tasks
