ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client who is a well-established in the engineering services industry focused in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC Industry is looking for HR Supervisor - Staff. Below are the requirements:

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, specifically in people development and employee relations. Senior level open to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels.
• Proven track record in managing training programs and resolving employee conflicts.

Experience:

• HR: 4 years (Required

• People Development : Conduct skill gap analyses and develop training roadmaps for employees across various departments.
• Employer Relations : Foster a positive work environment by implementing programs that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Culture Building : Promote a growth mindset culture aligned with the company’s mission and values with small employee training, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost morale.
